One ticket arrived, the other .....?

I got emails Monday saying the two holiday tickets I purchased separately had shipped and got the tracking numbers. One ticket showed up Tuesday and is in my hot little hands. When I check the tracking for the other, it only says electronic shipping info received, but no package as of yet. Any one know if it's possible on would be shipped way before the other, or is it time to start wondering what truck my other ticket fell off of?

Since you ordered them separately and they shipped separately, you probably shouldn't worry yet. "Shipping info received" is usually the first stage in any shipping process. It generally means that the item is prepped to go and/or in the shipper's hands but hasn't reached the next major city yet for the first proper check-in.

Tickets shipping separately seems unusual - were they purchased on separate orders, or on the same order? If you don't get something from the post office soon, you may want to contact ticketsupport@burningman.com.

For the record, I have two separate ticket orders. Holiday and regular. The holiday one has shipped and I received it, the other order has not. I wouldn't freak out.

Both of mine are Holiday, and yes, I had two separate orders. Going to check again now. Damn, just got back from vacation and while it was sooooo sweet to see my ticket, the fireball rolled under my couch and work is piled up to my ceiling. And now anxiety over the ticket that seems to have disappeared between ticketing & the post office.

Never mind, the post office has found it and its in the system! Momentary panic resolved! :D
