interesting you say that, in that for several years, I was "chef" at an authentic Greek banquet. All things cooked as in Greek times, only those spices, tunic, togas and no undies!!!!
ETA: my stuffed grape leaves were not sour. Neither, was the staff party afterwards..........ah, the days of youth and good looks.........sigh.
