Yikes! Some are reporting the following:
At this time Burning Man Tickets does not have any tickets available for purchase for this event. Note: This does not mean this event is sold out. Contact the venue to purchase tickets.

Many people are reporting the following message after sitting in queue.

"At this time Burning Man Tickets does not have any tickets available for purchase for this event. Note: This does not mean this event is sold out. Contact the venue to purchase tickets."

That "does not have any tickets available" message is in error. The ticket team has been working with the ticketing vendor to resolve it. As I get more info, I'll relay it.

Glad they noted that it doesn't mean tix are sold out so people are aware of that aspect....

InTicketing doesn't have the capacity to sell out in 3.5 hours.

IF YOU GET THIS PAGE, DO THIS!!!! IT JUST WORKED FOR ME, CHARGES IN MY ACCOUNT, EMAIL IN MY EMAIL, SMILE ON MY FACE:

Hit the "back" button until the address changes from tickets.burningman.com/tickets/(numbershere) to tickets.burningman.com/queue=@#!@#!@(#%(@#%293R@#, or something along those lines. Hit refresh, go through the motions, it'll still say sold out, hit refresh again, and it'll work that time.

Worked for me...

Hit your back button followed by your refresh button on that page. It'll go through. Just worked for me.

Excellent news, Ano, congratulations!

I'm also hearing that the error (which affected a handful of the servers) has been cleared. Refreshing the page should resolve the issue.

I got the to the 'No Tickets' screen too, and was able to use the back button to reload and just purchased my ticket! Whoo-hoo!Thanks for those who posted about this. I was about to curl up in a big ball of goo.

Trilo: I just mentioned this in a post of mine in another thread but I thought you might not see my comment there so I'm posting here to say THANK YOU for your efforts to keep us all in the loop today about the ebb and flow of the ticketing process. Your work is much appreciated.

BTW, if you happen to talk to BMORG please tell them that this Burner says THANKS! to them for all the hard work they did to make this year's ticket sale and ticket allocation process work so well. IMHO, this year's process and experience has been the antithesis of the issues that arose over the past 2 years.
