No ticket e-mail

I registered on Wednesday having previously set up my profile. Saw the "36 hr" notice on the bottom of the page. Buy its Saturday and no e-mail. Any suggestions???

I had to contact Profile support to receive my #'s, as I had not received my email within 48 hrs. Wasn't in my junk/span folder either.

Contact Ticketing Support (in my sig line). They should be able help you - but they may be out of the office until Monday.

i'm trying to contact ticket support as i have not recieved my email and i registered on thursday too

i keep getting this error message

An error occurred during a connection to ticketsupport.burningman.com.

Peer's Certificate has been revoked.

(Error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate)

If you're getting a security certificate error when trying to access the web site, you can click through it to access the site.

You can also use the ticketsupport@burningman.com email address.
