how long did it take for u to receive your confirmation email after you registered for the pre sale?

There is no confirmation email sent. Once the list is checked for duplicates or problems, you will get an email with your code number on it. Copy and paste that into the order page when the ticket window opens, Wednesday, February 13, 2013 At 12pm (noon) PST.

I haven't received my e-mail with access code yet. I got in right around noon yesterday, so I'd expect it to arrive sometime this afternoon or tonight.

I'll post here when it comes. Anyone else get theirs yet?

i registered at noon on wednesday and got my code for buying tickets on thursday night

so it took around 30 hours in total

no major panic :)

Moving it all into PST, I got in to register Wednesday at about 3minutes past noon, and received the 'unique access code' at 9:40pm Thursday.
Now, to be sure to be home on the 13th......... 8)

I registered at 12:03pm PST on Wednesday and got my e-mail at 9:35pm PST on Thursday.

I keep going back and looking at the e-mail and daydreaming......heh

I found the pre-reg confusing in that I wasn't sure anything had happened. I did it twice, maybe three times because of this. This was Wednesday around 6p. I haven't received any email. Am I screwed?

i'll confess i was confused too. i think i was expecting some window to pop up saying "your registration is good to go" and when that didn't happen i tried two more times


no worries though because i did get the confirmation email after all

Thanks trilobyte. I really didn't want to panic if things were just taking a while to get through but it sounds as if over two and a half days without notification may not be "normal" in this case. Email sent.

trilobyte and Eric, thanks for the heads up about contacting ticketing support if one hasn't received a confirmation email with code after a few days.

It's been 72 hours for me also without a confirmation email, so i also sent an email to ticketing support.

I also have tickets(at)burningman.com and orders(at)burningman.com in my email contacts so the confirmation email won't go to spam.

I have a feeling that many people haven't gotten their confirmation email yet though, given how very few have responded that they have received one. I hope ticketing puts in a day or two this weekend to minimize the crunch of so many people early next week.

Just for info, they probably know this, but while reading all the ticketing rules and info again, I found out that the https://ticketsupport.burningman.com/forums that was linked to in the last JRS and on the ticketing page is down, a peer's certificate was revoked. No biggie, just info.

Ticket support responded to my email this morning with an email containing my code and information. they also said the information they had indicated that my email had indeed been sent. I checked my spam file, and new mail file and did not find it. They responded very quickly. I would recommend emailing ticket support if you have any questions.

Okay. I emailed ticket support earlier today about not receiving a pass code email. They responded with my code within an hour. They also said their records showed that I had been sent an email earlier and recommended I check my junk mail (I had and it wasn't there.). The interesting thing is that I received my reply at an alternate email address I included in my message to them and not the one I used in my Burner Profile. Hmm. Anyway, it looks like ticket support is responding quickly.
