So, I've only recently been enlightened to the term Disco Nap.
My understanding is that its a quick pre-party or mid-party nap?

eh, it can be either or.

lets say yer just so raged out from being up all night, find a comfy spot somewhere and have a disco nap.
lets say yer just so overwhelmed with the party you are currently at, and you just need to find yer center or recharge your batteries or someshit, i don't even know how to describe it, boom zone out into a disco nap.

from my own experience, i have done both pre-party disco nap and mid-party disco nap (a lot of day drinking and champagne was involved)

champagne is fucking delicious.
holy shit i made the best mimosas on the playa, fucking orange strawberry banana mimosas. so what i like fruity drinks, you wanna fight about it

FUCK NO!
I want you to make me damned Mimosa! Though, if you're short on OJ you can skip it.

On either Thursday or Friday, we got classy, and poured our champagne into cups... sadly, we were all surprised by how more delicious it is if you actually drink it out of cup rather than the bottle.
Pinky's up bitches, this shit is classy!

the secret to making the best playa/party mimosa is
you take a bottle of champagne, drink 1/5-1/4 of it, and then pour your mimosa juice into the bottle directly and then pour the mimosa concoction into yer cup or just enjoy it straight from the bottle. it makes me feel like less of an alcoholic and more of a classaholic when i drink straight from the champagne bottle.

I find that adding a crazy straw to the bottle really gives it the elegance I crave.

cheers to that!
If it wasn't 1am, and I didn't have work, I'd suggest SHOTs!

We brought 18 bottles of champagne between 6 people this year. And, as for the CO crew we only brought home 1! It was a very very classy year!

You're right. We would be unstoppable

We're gonna need to have a champagne party next year, I will organize the event.
It will be the Anti-Krug Champagne Champagne Social. I bet BDV would be okay with this

Then it is on!
From noon to 5 we will serve whip cream pies at THE PIE HOLE! Then, from 5 tell we pass out, we shall class the joint up a little with anti-krug parties!
Very very good choice of Champagne picture!

Ah, good morning Pink! 8) I hope you're asleep by now geez!

*starts ECM*

Piehole and Illy, I am SO DOWN for the Pie Party and Champagne Day 8) 8) 8) I will offer to host this event if you, Piehole, will undertake to deliver Illy Dilly. See I know how he is. And I will tell you guys what I told my kids about drinking: If you are going to drink all day, you have to start early.

No worries though, you can always "nap" (ha, in my day we called that "passing out") after the third bottle.

Mmmm... CCCP? May I? Sounds so... homey!!!

(grabs cup, dakes a deep draught.) Mmmm... Deliciosio!

How 'bout some bar philosophy?

As to the recent disturbance of shit in the ether - the one going on since about a week before the burn started, and getting weirder? Wellll... it's on them that stirs. I was taking ownership of their bullshit, when I realized - it ain't my shit. They can have all of it. Even better - they can choke on it. I got no time nor any use for someone elses drama party...

Thems that try to drag us down to their level must be awful lonely, or awful jealous, or awful miserable! Sounds like some judeo-christian hell analogue - consisting of loneliness, separation, misery, and pain, and trying to drag us down with them. When you realize, finally, you're not even on the same plane of existence as them, but leauges above, you can look at those sad antics - and laugh heartily at the sadness they bring on themselves, in the pitiful efforts they expend trying to drag others into a pit of morass of their own making, that resides, colectively, between their own sets of two ears. It explains a lot - and it's almost like someone trying to be in front of the flock of sheep, trying to lead the flock, without realizing... they're sheeple. Herd mentality....

Wow, those CCCP's are dynamite! Thanks!!!
