Behold: The Man 2012 *spoiler alert*

Fertility 2.0 - Black Rock City is a kind of Petri dish. Theme camps cling in fertile clusters to its latticework of streets, artworks tumble out of it, like pollen on the air. These nodes of interaction mutate, grow and reproduce their kind. Burning Man communities have now escaped this capsule world: our culture in a Petri dish has effloresced - it spreads across five continents. This year's art theme contemplates the tendency of any being or living system to create abundant life.

Oh come on!! The "people" at the bottom of the structure hanging out??? I've seem that in about a million "artist renditions" of images showing what a building will look like when it's finished. You fooled a few people though so that's good ehe?

Haha, I love how they're all dressed so business casual. So funny!!!

Thank you. That is awesomely beautiful. I want to print one out to tape to my van dashboard so I can look at it all the way to the playa.

HOLY SHIT. You're right. I'll give you that. The pic is indeed a fake.. and has gone viral. Looks to have been 'shopped possibly by an artist in SoCal.

The ground, and the angle of the light (sun?) and the color of the mans neon look odd to me. I'm starting to lean to the "enhanced" side myself.

It's not a fake.

The people on the left side of the pic are obviously real, but look at the people on the right side close in to the base of the temple. Those people sure do look a lot like artist rendered people. I wouldn't be surprised if the Man was an architect rendering superimposed on a real picture of the playa.

Then I realised that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me.

I think the most obvious part is to the lower left of the base, where the sky meets the playa. There's a big rectangle of.... something. Then on the far left the sky overlaps the playa.
