The Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP) has ended. Now what?
If you had requested an email with instructions and link to sell tickets, or if you had recently contributed tickets but did not receive a notification saying that your tickets had been sold, then your tickets have not been sold before the program ended.
If your tickets were purchased through the pre-sale, main sale, or through the directed tickets program, then your order confirmation # is still valid and you may sell their tickets on the ePlaya Tickets Offered board or to a friend. Follow the instructions here to transfer the order once a buyer has been found. Remember, will call orders may not be split up (you would have to transfer the order to the first person to arrive, and then trust that they will leave the second ticket in the name of the other individual).
If your tickets were purchased through STEP, then there's not much you can do. Per the terms and conditions of the STEP program which were agreed to by you when you joined the queue and when the tickets were purchased, the tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. With STEP there was no guarantee of sale even if the ticket had been contributed before the August 7 ending.
