Ummm... bartender, here's my Visa... take the tab off of that... and if you hear a little voice ordering something, please ignore him. He's with me, but he's not with me.... if you get what I mean...

... could I get some Glenlivit? A double...

Ignore that... I'll just have a club soda, please...

... with two straws, and a beer back...

Shaddup...

I'll have a Tanqueray and Tonic with a twist of lime, if you please. Or a double straight shot of French Oak aged Glenlivet.

If not, then anything with a little umbrella that can strip paint off walls.
The other, other white meat.

shoulda known Monday morning would be this Bar's "Happy Hour"...

allright, a shot o beam with a rock for Buckethead...(one of my favorite nightcaps, BTW)

A super-spicy Mary for Rian with a whole buttload of pickled veggies...also BTW, for all you Mary fans, we have the *BEST* at our bar in Cafe Village thanks to resident bartender, Bloody Mary Jack. Y'all have to stop in next year and see what I mean...

Sam, nice doin' business with you! And here's a club soda - oh and Congratulations, honey!! I heard the good news!
...hey, buddy, doncha wanna add a tip to that?...

Shitmouse!...thanks for the offer of a Margarita for me at SF Decom, sweetie, but SF is a bit of a haul from Humboldt County...we'll be having our own this weekend. Yippee!!

Rob, dear - Because I can, here's a Tanqueray and Tonic with a twist of lime AND a double straight shot of French Oak aged Glenlivet, and just to be safe, a jigger of paintthinner with a pretty lilttle umbrella in it! Happy Monday!

As for Sam Jr., he's on the wagon...
... a BIG wagon, by the way...
Shaddup!... As I was saying, he's on the wagon for awhile. I tried choking him, but he enjoyed it too much...

is it legal to drink and drive on the eplaya?

if so...

I'll take a macallan 12 with a dash of water
1 number 3 painkiller
a pilsner urquell
oh, and a dbl margarita, from scratch, up, in a bucket

oh, and Rian wants an arabic coffee (she'll make it herself) with a double dash of dalwhinie.

Just when I thought the eplaya had nothing left to offer me the goddamned bar opens. I love burning man!

I was really making a concerted effort to stay out of this place... but the need for a stiff drink has presented itself once again.

Bartender, a smoky single malt scotch, straight up... and where is the non-tobacco smoking area in the bar?

and a Guiness to chase the scotch with, if you would.

* door opens, Sensei crawls in on all fours and (with the greatest effort) pulls himself up on a barstool *

Oooooh, my achin' head. I don't remember a thing from last night, and please don't tell me... I woke up around 4 and puked up a shirt sleeve. It tasted 'fizzy' if that means anything. A little hair of the dog (HOTD) is what Sensei needs. Bloody Mary, please. And I'm skipping breakfast and lunch, so can I get two celery stalks?

So... While I try to get it together here, howzabout a report from Rian on the festivities up in Vancouver? Oooooh, my achin' head.
