Wondering if someone can help me out here.
I need to change the shipping address of my ticket.
I go on the website as instructed in the FAQ http://tickets2.burningman.com/shipto
I enter my email and ticket # to get access.
I enter my new shipping details and it tells me that the shipping address has been updated with the new details.
So far so good, however, when i log back in to check the new address it is still the same one as before!
I've tried several times to change it but nothing seems to happen!
Can someone please explain to me what I'm doing wrong?
Highly frustrating as I know the tickets are about to ship any day now!
The thought of my tickets ending up in the wrong place is freaking me out.
Any help much appreciated.
