HELP NEEDED!

Hi all,

Wondering if someone can help me out here.
I need to change the shipping address of my ticket.
I go on the website as instructed in the FAQ http://tickets2.burningman.com/shipto
I enter my email and ticket # to get access.
I enter my new shipping details and it tells me that the shipping address has been updated with the new details.

So far so good, however, when i log back in to check the new address it is still the same one as before!
I've tried several times to change it but nothing seems to happen!

Can someone please explain to me what I'm doing wrong?
Highly frustrating as I know the tickets are about to ship any day now!
The thought of my tickets ending up in the wrong place is freaking me out.

Any help much appreciated.

Sorry, according to Trilobyte, the time to change addresses on tickets is past. I hope you have enough credit with whoever lives there now to not have an issue picking this up. Or you can go to the post office and have your mail held. Then pick it up from there. Or have it forwarded.

Did you try putting in a post office change of address card?

Because if you didn't....
