I missed a workout last week, so I only got 2 workouts in. I don't have any good excuses either (beyond not being able to run, which I should become more accustomed to by now). I simply didn't get it together. I did walk around shopping for hours, so I am trying to comfort myself with that.
This week began with the usual dance class. I forgot my workout clothes today though, so I will either have to hope it doesn't rain so I can do some rollerblading once I get home, or workout Thursday and Saturday to complete the triumvirate, as forseen by prophecy.
I have had only two cups of coffee in the last 8 days. I switched to tea, because it's Spring, so I can't sleep, and coffee seemed kind of gross and overwhelming the other day. (It seemed like my annual cue to ease off coffee.)
However, although I'm sleeping better, and my blood pressure no doubt reflects the switch, I am a Saaaad Panda.
