i dont know if i can hold it until then....i really have to pee.
trilobyte wrote:If you can afford to, then register for the highest tier (it gives you a chance at tickets at each tier). The drawings are done in order, lowest to highest tier, so if you're fortunate enough to get awarded tickets at a lower tier then that is what you will be charged. When your name is drawn, you will be awarded the # of tickets you registered for.
If you're getting an extra ticket for a specific individual or purpose, that's completely understandable. But registering for extra tickets simply to increase your chances (hoarding) seems like a bad move. Not only would it potentially come at the expense of other burners who you'd potentially block from getting a ticket (that you don't even need), but you'd be tying up that extra cash until at least June (when ticket orders are fulfilled).

So are they alternating prices? I just assumed they would do all the 240's then 320's etc...
Nah- I bet they did all of the people signed up in the tier 3 first. Anyone in that tier that wins would be taken out of the tier 1 and 2 running giving those people a better chance of getting tickets. It would be kind of lame if there were tier 3 tickets left over if people in tier 1 or 2 didn't get a ticket when a tier 3 person did.
