Random Trash Fence Art

Postby AntiM » Wed Oct 19, 2011 7:19 am

I love the random small pieces of art which crop up along the trash fence. I'm working on a "sculpture". I still haven't figured out the final design, but I've already begun!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realised that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me.

I too have had visions of next years trash fence art project.. spanning the entire length. It came to me as if in a dream.

..actually it was a vodka and caffiene induced dream, but who's counting.

We could all do pieces, a Trash Fence Collective.

I was thinking of a tiny "Please Do Not Climb" sign at the base of mine. And maybe teeny tiny people, I do have a selection.

She's nearly complete. I was planning a greenish patina wash, which gives a very realistic finish to the metal, but I do like the bright copper look. Everything blends in much better than it does in the photo.
