Where does one go to find attractive, cerebral, cultured, graceful women on the playa who upon meeting them will melt into my arms and consider me to be the re-incarnation of Marlon Brando/James Dean/Paul Newman etc you get the gist right?

Lots of luck, the gender ratio is not in your favor. Some people do make connections out there, but it is one of the truisms of this board that wanting that too much will keep it from happening. It's only slightly less hopeless than wanting to be a dj.
You might try learning how to bead (or buying a minor burner and start making glass--that might be more macho) and go to beading shows. Gender ratio much more in your favor.

i may refer ninzy to this post. I for one have already found several beautiful women who will be on the playa through this forum.

who they will consider me to be the reincarnation of remains unknown (possibly buddha) and the melting i am sure will be entirely due to the heat

I don't think it's that hopeless.

But you may find yourself too distracted to focus on someone.

Timing is hyper on the playa.

I doubt anyone really knows the ratio out there.
And then there are a number of guys that may not be looking for women.

I got two outta four, not bad - although I have actually been called graceful, so three out of four.

Marlon Brando, please. Jimmy Dean was kind of a dick.

I guess that's a modicum of improvement - loquacious, at least - on "the playa provides."

You shot yourself in the foot with Marlon Brando/James Dean/Paul Newman. Many women have no clue who they are. Try updating your list.

Isn't the idea of the playa providing anything contrary to one of the main thrusts of the whole thing? Radical self something or other?
If Neil deGrasse Tyson pulled me off the street to tell me about astronomy that would be awesome. If I was in Amsterdam when this happened and could convince him to tell me about it at a coffeeshop it would be ideal. Just sayin'.

I expressed a similar sentiment in another post somwhere, but I've found that you often find what you're looking for when you're not really looking for it.
