The 2011 Burn will be the first Burning Man with zero drugs. All participants have agreed not to partake in even the tiniest of pot brownies, nor any other drug.

I'll readily concedede that my use of caffeine and alcohol is "drug use" as much as all the other stuff is. I just stick with what's legal so I don't have all the getting-busted-by-the-cops problems that others do.

I also heard that there will be no drugs at Burning Man in 2011. I saw very little drug use in 2010 so I will go ahead and pledge that I will not do any drugs in 2011.

I say we all pledge, no drugs at BM 2011. Hmmm, I wonder if we can get the cops to not do drugs either?

I wasn't sure I could count on all of you to help spread the word that 2011 will be the first 100% drug free Burning Man.

In addition we're going to bus all participants in from surrounding states on Buses with 25 MPH speed governors. So there won't be any speeding.

Theme camp cargo will be shipped in by train.
