Art projects still seeking funding

Postby brmannoob » Fri Aug 20, 2010 6:56 am

I'm still soliciting (yes) funds for my Burning Man art project, "Living Working Burning Man" and need your help!

I'll be doing 360° photography of theme camps in connection with the "Metropolis - the Life of Cities" theme. You can see some of my work here: http://www.bp2e.net

Pledge if you think it worthy, then pass the link along.

While you're there, let me know if your camp would be interested in participating via my contact form. THEN, jump to Kickstarter and check out all of the other great BM Art projects needing your support.

Looking forward to meeting all of you.

With a few weeks to go before the event I think that funding train done pulled out of the station.

Three more supporters today, thanks!

So stop being a negative Isotopia, and go see who still need support:

I know someone with a true panoramic film camera.
Trying to get them out there.
It shoots in incredible detail.
It makes an 8 x 10 look like a kid's toy.

I think it shoots 20" x 240".

They're interested.
We'll see.

WOW. Not sure if they'd want it out in the dust...

I told them about the dust.

It's a valuable camera, but may be easier to maintain than some.

Taking off tomorrow, but staying in Hushville. Drop a note if they bring it. I'd love to see it in action!

It won't be this year, as far as I know.

It's a working camera, so scheduling may be the big issue.
