Finally! A home away from home, at home. Wait. Meow. Purr. See you all there, for a minute, then I have to leave, quickly.

And furless. Do you have a condition or are you a sphinx cat?

Mine's black and white and loves to give snuggles and kisses and yell to get his way. He's not a drama queen, he just has an owner. See I'm marked.

And you can't mark anything. Cats know they own all that they can see. I am getting my morning snuggles and markings right now. My beautiful son.

If this happens again this year, on Thursday, come by Cat Show & Tell and tell us about it.

Specially timed to be at the midpoint of the week, like the equinox.

I always miss my kitties. Dad died in his sleep, his kitties by his side. Now they must come live with me and I am worried about the blended feline family.

Now, that is not a bad way to go.

May I be so blessed as to pass in my sleep with kitties at my side.

The police wanted to know why he didn't have his pants on. That was a weird moment. Dad didn't wear pants to bed, he was old and used a pee bottle rather than struggle to get up. The police apparently thought there was something odd with the guy who lived in the basement who called in dad's death. Nope, the man didn't wear pants.

And I wanted to put "Hookers and Blow" as the cause of death, but I think no one official would get it.

This is Bucky from Camp Cats!Cats!Cats! checking in. The camp cat condo will only be deployed in a very preliminary form this year. In other words, the only thing we've done is get a basic 15' tall scaffolding unit. This scaffold will be up at our camp, and will serve as the structural skeleton for the future build-out of a more fully realized cat condo.

But we will have other attractions such as the Scratching Post (our bar), strip double dutch, cat yoga, the rain bubble, and more. We did not get theme camp placement this year but we're aiming for somewhere near the 8:00 spoke. Please do swing on by!

This year we're having the first annual Critical Cats bike ride and party. Meet at the Man at 2pm Thursday for the ride in your cattiest catwear and cruise around the city, ending back at Camp Cats!Cats!Cats! for party time (2:30ish to 6ish?). If you like jello shots, you'll love this party...until we run out of them. Meow Meow Thursday, friends.

Sorry about the triple post, but after I accidentally posted it a second time, it seemed like in the spirit of keeping with our camp name, I should stick to doing things in threes.

Last year my Big Mama died the month beforehand - I took a pet vault with me, held my food. I cried for her when the temple burned.

We at Camp Cats!Cats!Cats! had a fabulous burn this year. Much love to all the strays who swung by. Ceiling Cat Prophet, we love you back. Big ups to the folks with the cat car that sprays territorially out its backside, that came by our party. Pussycat Meownge, you guys are cool. We'll be back next year!
