Well I'm working on a strategy to remove his tail.. Right behind his ears.

4 am is prime mousey time.
I had a cat that would go wild under the bed at about that time, batting things around.

You're still in bed at 4am? When it snows here, I been at work for an hour.
Get a lazer light and play a little with "damn cat" before you hit the sack and chances are "damn cat" will sleep most of, if not all night. Read that in Cat Fancy magazine and it seems to work on Gizmo.

And besides, 4am is right before sun rise and that's when a cats most desirable natural prey is active. Read that in Tuesday Nov28th "page-a-day" cat calander

dAMN cAT

I have a headach from the flu.. So the cat gets in bed with me, up on my sholder.. He reaches out with one paw and massages my forhead above the pain.. He put the back of the other paw in the eye socket THen applied a little pressure.. Claws in the face is not a good thing.. But I wanted to see what he was up to. He kept the pressure on and worked my forhead.. helped the pain..

I told him "thank you" HE curled up on my hand and went to sleep..
Cats are known to lay on hurt/injured body areas..

So whay do i have here? A Damn Cat that thinks he's a doctor?

Every time I slouch on the couch, either Como or Rascal will walk across my abdomen area and inevidably step on my yankee shot (belly button). I had a hernia operation in 2004 and it still is somewhat painful when they do that. Como will lie across me and Rascal will cuddle between me and the arm rest on his back.

:D
What you have there Jon, is a dog. It may look like a cat, and walk like a cat, but it is a dog. It may even have started out as a kitten! But thru your raising it, you elevated it to a dog. Few cats make that grade.

Certainly not the half-wild one that bit me ten days ago and made my hand swell up to a pumpkin.
Certainly not my neighbor's Great Gray Hunter who visits me and COMMANDS me to pet her just so, and then looks down her nose at me like I'm her personal eunuch -- and not very good at my job.

Now you just need to change that ex-cat's name to Fido or Rover, and all will be right in the world.

I have encouraged my little monster to play-fight with me. Not supposed to do that, since he may surprise guests with a pair of fangs. But he's so timid around visitors I consider him a 1-man cat. He only scrapes my hand with his fangs, then he kicks me furiously with his rear feet, enough to draw blood. When I saw OW! or ITAI! he stops and licks my hand.

No, it was a Siamese cat. I was eight or nine at the time, and yes, I saw it in a theater. I remember begging to go. We had a Siamese cat then, Sammy, he died of eating dead rats the Navy had poisoned in housing.

Thanks for the correction.
The drive-in had the playground under the screen. I don't know if, what little drive-ins remain, they still have that.
Sorry to here about Sammy. I get choked up when a cat goes to its everelasting calling.

My Gizmo cat turned one year old this past weekend,
found him at work on April28, 2009 when he was about one month old,
his left eye was still closed.
Did alot of remenencing this weekend:
remembered when after we had him for about a week and
I came home from work and was rinsing out my coffee cup with hot water
and he climbed up my left pant leg to my left shoulder then
fell off and went head first into the garbage disposal.
Just his rear paws and tail were sticking out of the drain.
Ishut the water off and some how got three fingers from my right hand between his legs and the drain and and grabed his tail with my left hand and got him out without hurting him.
He still walks like a kitten

Damn Cat had to have his teeth cleaned, big vet bill, then came home and staggered around. Pathetic kitty.

And then when I was carrying the Empty Damn Cat Carrier down the basement stairs, I fell. Ouch. Very bruised and very sore this morning. Damn Cat, damn near killed me.

Both damn cat (Sasha and Eddie) have to go to the vet this Saturday. Damn Sasha wont get big either, 10 months old and looks like she is 6 months old. Its my fault I always told big cat, Eddie, to stop picking on her cause shes gonna get big and beat him up... she never got big.

Damn cat(s)…

I wake up in the mornings and usually I’m blocked in the bed by at least one so that I can’t get out without somehow prying said cat from it’s well anchored, nestled down comfy spot. I refer to this situation as being “Cat-Latchedâ€
