Tableaux anyone?

Tableaux anyone?

Postby djsalty » Sun Jul 13, 2008 12:31 am

Would anyone be interested in creating a Band of Tableaux with me? I'm envisioning a group of us and we would would tour around offering our services (tableaux on demand) to interested parties. We could do themes, ideas, settings, stories. I'd also be into doing a big group freeze, like the one Improv Everywhere did in Grand Central Station. Well, I''m way open to ideas so holler at me if this sounds like something you might dig.

We worked hard on creating a tableaux of burned-out stoners one year. It was well-received by the BRC literati.

I think most burners are incapable of standing still.

More and more Burners are interested in doing things like this. I think it would be funny to do it in or around center camp. But, lack of participation would probably be a factor. Someone (I.e. everyone) would freeze, see something shiny in the distance, and wander off...
