walked to Solo Co to go find Ivy. which we never did find.

I warned y'all that if i was actually in camp, something was wrong because I wasn't out having fun...

I used to post on here as Datura, but this new board didn't remember me, but still wouldn't let me use the name again.

Because the Poe quote didn't give you away?

We'd been wondering why you'd disappered.

E-mail the admins; they can fix it so your old log-in name works. (I'm assuming you tried re-entering it, which is necessary with the new system. If some jerk stole it, maybe they'll delete them. Maybe not.)

I'm not that worried about it. Clearly my signature gives me away, so I'll just be Jezebel from now on. Some people got the wrong idea from the old user name anyway (I never actually the shit for chrissake, I don't have a deathwish!)

At one point during the week, I had so many addresses and parties times written down or stamped on my body I thought I was in "Memento".

For that you have to pester mr. R-pod and Tiara..as they are the takers of this year group photo.

Geez, you'd think by now they woulda emailed files to someone who could post 'em someplace accessible. I bet Mister Pod was in charge of that part of the operation.

Send 'em to me, T, and I'll get 'em up, um, as it were. Don't wanna disrupt R-Pod's progress in dealing with the piles of camp salvage.

Speaking of posting an image from the meet and greet to make it accessible. I know you mr. Dyna lite took a pic of me in my FRD. Did it not come out (is that possible?)

Can you please post it so my mom will give me a little peace.

RebA,
Sorry darling...that shot didn't come out. The film in my camera at the time (Kodak Ektachrome 100G rated for 64 ISO) was not really a good choice for "On Camera" flash photography at night. If I wasn't 3 friggin’ feet away from the subject, the image went black. My camera was set up for Belly Dancer at sunset shoot that I had just returned from. mybad.

Thank you everyone at the M & G, I loved meeting the few people I did. I love the picture! (Dr. Pyro in the Barbie shirt next to my friend Bernie who brought it for him). Bernie was so very impressed with BDC&WB last year, he had the shirt specially made! Thank you for the wine!

The honest answer is that she had gone to the Genital Portrait Studio and was showing off her new i.d. (not that any of us had an inkling of doubt that what was in the picture was indeed her genitalia). She asked me, or perhaps more to the point she slurred the words to me something to the effect that, "Doesn't this look just like me?" And being a gentleman, it would have been rude for me not to respond. Wouldn't you agree?

Yeah, by now you'd think those slackers would have coughed up the photos. . .

Um, actually, the cable to transfer the pix from the digital camera was hiding in a ziploc bag in a dusty plastic bin in the garage until last weekend, when I found it and took it inside, where I lost it in piles of playa dusty clothes. I'll work on reuniting the camera with the cable when I get home on Sunday. . . I promise!

It wasn't Mr. Pod's fault. But I'm darn glad that he's still dealing with the piles of camp salvage.

Was too. It had to be. Just stands to reason.

Actually, I'm rather lookin' forward to seein' the look on Mister Pod's face in said photo, as I was groping him rather shamelessly at the time. Should be good for a hoot.

And DL: That windy photo is fucking awesome! You are Da Master! (But next time have the decency to crop me out of the other ones, eh?)

Who was the girl at M&G wearing the nice nipple hangings

Postby Yonder Burn » Tue Oct 28, 2003 5:47 pm

Only one of the nice people I met at the M&G remains nameless in my mind (ie I forgot name after introduction). Who was the girl wearing the nice nipple hangings? I complimented her on the hangings (and everything else!) at the time. I think she was wearing a white dress (toga??) that came down below one tt, revealing the hangings.
