Going to Burning Man for the first time this year - have been poring over past years' survival guides and tips. *bouncebouncebounce* Just wanted to say hello!
I'm a compulsive planner, especially when I don't know what I'm getting myself into. My partner, who has been several times, keeps telling me not to worry/overplan/think too much, but there's so much to think about! It's exciting!
ETA - I meant to put this in the 'Hello and Welcome' topic and hit the wrong button - can it be moved?
(takes a super deep breath...ok, here goes...) (Paraphrased)
Wear great costumes. Wear great comfy costumes. Wear great comfy costumes that you've always wanted to wear but didn't have a place to wear them...or don't wear anything at all...and paint your entire naked body a bright fluorescent color. But what about glitter? Glitter makes MOOP, we hates us the glitter. But above all !!! wear SUNSCREEN! And remember to drink lots of water and check/wash your feet!
