Another newb from Colorado

Postby Smallfry » Fri Mar 14, 2008 5:21 pm

Hey guys! I've decided to finally hit Burning Man this year, and I'll be heading out from Denver (hopefully with a few buddies). Anyone else from the area want to go together, or anyone have a sweet theme camp for me to join? Anywho, see you on the playa! :D

Hello fellow Denverite. There is a Denver Burners meet-up on April 3rd. Details at denverburns.com

I am hoping to meet someone traveling by car/truck/van that might be willing to carry some extra H2O for me since I will be traveling out via Motorcycle. :-)

Welcome Smallfry!

How's Paris on the Platte these days?

I'll actually be at the meet-up on the 6th, hopefully with a few friends that are possibly going with me. I still need to find someone to cover my shift at work, but I think I can do it. :)

And last time I was at Paris, it was still pretty sweet. Lots of scenesters as per usual though. It's been a while since I'm living in Fort Collins now. We have the Alley Cat, which is way cooler and less pretentious. ;p

I'm so excited to meet some other Colorado burners!

I understand Paris changed a lot when colorado changed some rule or other.
I'm not from the area, but I've spent some time there.
