SF Bay Area: Free Styrofoam for recycled projects

Postby veleda » Wed Jul 01, 2009 9:32 am

Hey all;

I was part of an art project earlier in the year that got abandoned. In it I was able to score 12 79" bu 39" by 7" Styrofoam panels (recycled). They would be great for any type of 3D concrete sculpture project, insulation for hexayurts, other forms of sculpture, etc.

If anyone would like them, please let me know. I have until 8/1 to get rid of them and then they have to go to the dump which I really don't want to have to do but I've lost the storage place for them.

I am trying to build an archery range in my back yard for my 9 year old son and would love to take 5 or 6 pieces of this styrofoam off your hands. I hava a van and can come to you. Can you let me know if it is still available?

Thanks so much!
