Slide show project, need your pics and a projector camp/site

Postby Trishya333 » Thu Jun 09, 2005 9:50 am

Hi all, I have a fairly simple project started. a slide show. The goal is at least 600 images, on a 4 sec non repeating, or random setting, to be played off a cd/ laptop anywhere possible , anytime desired.
I have 300 pics already, so need more.
theme is anything Bman or Pyche related. resolution, roughly min 480 x 640. jpegs.

maybe post potential pics here, and let others know how to go about it, (since I don't)? or anyone with good ideas on how, where to post, should I set up a free hosting site somewhere? please help.

also I can't afford a projector, but figured someone out there will be projecting something somewhere. I could wander and seek out a screen with cd in hand or perhaps one you can direct me somewhere specific.

is there a better venue then a laptop? hi 8? how is that done? how done one set up a slide show otherwize?
All ideas, pics and advice VERY welcome!

I have an old VIDEO projector you can use. It has RCA inputs if you have RCA outputs on your laptop... But what kind of quality are you looking for?
It's what you make it.

potential projector use

hey Dallas, I am NOT picky at all. I think there is time to figure it all out.
your projector might be all I need, but I might also find frinds in my are that have one, so you don't have to lug yet another thing to bamn (I know I am worried about space).

THANKS so much for the offer, I will let you know!
Got any cool pics?
