Expressing the 2004 Theme

Postby Fireman Jeff » Sun Apr 11, 2004 11:14 pm

As I understand it the theme for 04' is "the heavens/space". Do I have it right? I was wondering how others were going to express this theme. Will there be a George Jetson Camp? Or will some have a more cellestial approach w/ some type of cosmic spiritual approach? I don't have any particular approach in mind. Let me know what you're all thinking about.[/b]

theme is "vaults of heaven".

interpret as you will.

"not our vault" is already being done, though...

It would be nice if David Best managed a Gothic Cathedral type vault on the temple this year. . . Maybe without a roof so the sky can be seen at night. NOt that I'm trying to second guess his artistry. I just love Gothic Catherdrals, despite my skeptisism of the actual religions involved.

Hrm, you could always do...

Ass Vaults of Heave'n - Consecrated prayer site of the porcelain goddess.

Then again, you could just poster all the JOTS with this instead...

I was going to do a Pole Vault, but you aren't supposed to dig holes in the ground.

There were some folks talking about doing a "space camp". That was about as close to George Jetson as I have seen so far. Check out the Theme Camp threads for what others are doing.

Cryptofishist,
I'm too lazy to dig up the link right now, but David Best has posted his sketches for the new temple on his Yahoo Groups site. It was posted to the Eplaya a while back.

Which Yahoo group? I'd love to see what he has in mind, but the search tools on here are miserable.

The Vault of Heaven

Postby que.f.o. » Sun May 23, 2004 12:36 am

I'm sorry, but in all honesty, my first impression was "cool, a theme about pussy", but then I'm somewhat sick, twisted, and hetero.
Is it time to Burn yet?
