Okay Elliot getting back to nekkididty... what should I do when my balls are hanging below the hem on my kilt? If I remove the kilt I will look like the door knocker for the Jolly Green Giant

Why don't they make a jockstrap for nekkid old peeps.

We could let the tool hang out, but we would have plenty of support for our extended walnuts.

I mean I have loose skin on my elbow, wtf doesn't it hang down? Meanwhile my walnuts which have always been in tighty whities, tend to settle somewhere between my knees and my ankles...

Don't give me that bullshit that God didn't intend for us to live this long!!!

I see an opportunity for 2015.

I will gift jockstraps made of various shades of nylons with a reasonable size hole in the front for those of us with TMB syndrome...

Definitely looking for empathy. There was no bragging in the fact my balls were vulnerable to croquet with another persons mallet.

I was thinking about something a little more therapeutic and yet personal in nature.

Fortunately, No. At least not in very low humidity. We perpetual sweater wearers benefit from the same conditions your swamp cooler does, for the exact same reason!

Great thread, very interesting to hear others perspectives about their self image, great idea about wandering off by yourself first, just to experience your skin and the air meeting...I had never gone topless and wanted to experience the freedom but am quite self conscious with the weight I have put on over the years, and what gravity has done to my chest (it doesn't just happen to your balls :D ) so when I was in Bali I was on a beach with lots of other topless and nudes, I wandered out deeper in the water by myself, took off my top and just loved it and by the time I got back to shore where there were others that were topless I felt pretty comfortable and just stayed that way...

Yes indeed. It seems I have difficulty putting myself in shy people's place, since I don't feel that way myself. But casual observation and impressions otherwise gathered suggest that "taking it off" is largely a matter of taking the step, and then people feel comfortable as soon as they realize nobody is sounding any alarms.

gaminwench wrote:(beware, I'm a card carrying kilt inspector)

I'd just like to put this here, and it's actually the appropriate forum for it.

First off, there are no "rules" for wearing a kilt, one could get into the use of the language around kilts ("commando" and "regimental") being slang invented by the English and thus the language of the oppressor culture, but that's immaterial.

I wear underwear with my kilt, and I encourage others to do so.
I do it for three reasons
1) I am not so blessed as to have "male thigh gap" and frankly if it's too hot or too humid I'd rather no deal with the chafing on my thighs.
2) In non burning man situations politeness demands that you not allow an errant gust of wind to expose your cock to those who have not asked to see it.
3) This one if the most important: ASS PRINTS. 8 times out of 10 when wearing a kilt and sitting down your ass or your balls are going to be in contact with the surface you're sitting on. If we encourage naturalists to bring a towel so they don't get their sweat, smears, dingleberries or crabs on our furniture, then we should encourage kilt wearers to do the same.

I can't imagine sitting around with a bunch of people and just ignoring a random erection. I would've thought the proper etiquette would be to throw a towel over it until it goes away.

In my camp the Swedish Bikini Team would wrestle you to the ground and throw *themselves* over it until it went away. :D
