You are completely misunderstanding this case. Burning Man is not being accused of anything. Burning Man is the plaintiff, they sued Pershing County over an increase in fees.

Nope. I understand it well. I've read the pleadings.

The giggle is in the judges backtrail. He has previously accused Burning Man of being a source of moral corruption. Hence my post.
