Trenton -

Don't take it personally. Simon didn't want to be my buddy either and I'm a fine ass. He told me to go google John Cougar Melon Camp.

Hey who needs Hoss Utility anyway? I get my southern fix from Krispy Kreme. I don't need no Hoss Utility.

i think theCryptofishist nailed it on the head. people hide behind their computers and it gives them carte blanche to be complete assholes. when i first joined here i was expecting the love and friendliness i found on the playa and was disappointed by the same old immature bullshit you find on every other internet message board. having said that, i met jkisha at this year's LA Decom (who was very lovely btw) and when we talked about this he informed me that at "eplaya meet-ups" (wtf?) the rude people are actually really nice so the whole hostility thing is an online pussy's way of having fun. go figure.

Some good points about hostility.
Let's round up all the hostile people and beat them with rocks until they bleed.

No, wait.
That can't be right.
That might be misinterpreted.

I wonder if that counts as poetic terrorism? I don't understand a lot of what the cacophony does, but then, I'm encouraged NOT to...and that's OK!

I was in Terminal City, several times that week - and the Booby Bar is actually one place I wandered into a few times, hoping to put some faces to screen names, and got that overall cold shoulder, not in the clique feeling.

It isn't a big deal. I'm not trying to state anything, just sharing what my personal experience was.

Ah...I don't remember which three days it was, exactly. I think one was Tuesday. I was with my unicorn date.

Daytime.

Another time was night time. I was with two of my campmates.

No big deal. I mean, one night, I couldn't even find a bar to serve me.
