I'd like to see Bill Shatner on the playa. Crooning (or whatever it is that he does vocal-wise) at 3am on the Cafe stage.

Stargate Vrs Star Trek.....
No Brainer
Star Trek!
Stargate had some interesting ideas in the movie, but the TV series never really had that "it" (like the Kirk/Spock/McCoy relationship). That said, some of the Star Trek series were better than others, and some of the movies were downright embarrassing. But without Star Trek, there could have been no Stargate. Star Trek was the trailblazer. Stargate got to the point where it had to steal the talent from Farscape (a much more interesting series) before it died. I guess what always pissed me off about Stargate the TV series is that it could have been so much better, holding a sociological funhouse mirror up to American society, but its producers lacked the courage to go where no TV series had gone before.
Stargate Universe started to go in an interesting direction (albeit one already trended by Battlestar Galactica), but it got shot down by people who think Scifi is spelled Syfy and includes the World Wrestling Federation.
