Confessions.

All things outside of Burning Man.

Okay I confess really can't make up my mind- Should I stay or should I go Now??? This is really the wrong time to move on the North Shore, we get an influx of like 7-8 thousand surfers into our little town. FUckkkkkk I don't have any money anyway to move. My friend has been begging me to move to the mainland outside of LA and drive her kid around & take care of the pit bulls, work down the street. I Love Hawaii- Not a whole lot of Money here and not a very big community of burners. I Confess that I hate getting Old and being Fat - In my younger years - would have just gone to the club this weekend and make the money I need to move! LOL
If I were to wish ANYTHING I'd wish I were ME!!

Kamai'ina don't have to be burners, because they are already there.
You don't have to camp out in the desert to live in paradise.
Listen to the call of the zebra doves; your answer is there.

bump because it's time for me to get some stuff off my chest.

I actually don't like the movie "Forrest Gump" (Infact, I hate it)
And particulary hate the quote - "Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get." (I mean... you will get chocolates! Isn't that plenty? I mean how fucking predictable should life be?)
In my world there's only legible and more legible.

I like to bite life in half, and chuck it if it's coconut.

Does this make you an optimist or a pessimist?

I'm an optimist, and see the act of biting an unknown chocolate as an act of hope . . . (whereas chucking if it's coconut is the intrusion of realism).
