The Burning Man Project is pleased to announce the initiation of the preliminary stages of the development of the Fly Geyser property.
This exploratory phase involves
- negotiating agreements for the rights to the property,
- producing a request for proposal to generate feasibility studies and
- geological analysis regarding the use and development of the land.
Following negotiation and due diligence, and with an agreement on purchase conditions, the Project will move on to the exciting next stages.

Own the land yet?

I believe the springs are just inside Washoe County, not Pershing?
Ranch boundaries?

I see a private resort, LLC, Board, and of course invited guests only.

Plus, from a local FB post.

"Where is the dislike button? Black Rock City LLC during 2012 proved itself to be cruel and contemptuous to the elderly and the poor living in the Gerlach area, the other day the ranch dog was hanging out in front of Fly Geyser, "ran over," probably chasing a rabbit. I expect they will hire people from the bay area and pay them bay area wages and not hire locals while running over their doggies."

We do have some concerns.

Sometimes they don't play nice with the locals.
We live here.
They don't.

Some of it is legit.
Some just hate TTITD and complain.

Sometimes we really don't care where your from, and how you did it there.

Chinese would be nice.
