I have backslid a little. The shoulder is still sore, so I'm staying off the bicycle. But it is getting better -- v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y. The doc gave me a muscle relaxant, which is probably helping. I do get a bit of varied exercise -- right now I'm hanging some of my bicycles from the rafters in the barn.
The plan is to do less cycling and more walking. I have a marvellously forested State Park right down the street, and I have walked the trails there many a time. I figure I can ride to the park, lock the bike, walk for a while, then ride home.
Oh yes.... "Cyclist Shoulder". Turns out, this is quite common. Need more variation in the exercise regime, yes.
