I avoid all meat products that involve the animal dying, so, yes.

tpbm plans on being at a fireworks show this weekend that has less than 100 people there

I don't really have time for tv. I'm old. I love reading. Every hour spent watching tv is one less hour to do something I love. Not really about shame.
tpbm gave up non-burner travel.

tpbm thinks cheese with ginger or dried apricots is an offense to god and man and a sign of too much foodie.

If you're talking about being on a cheese plate together I'm fine with it (depending on the cheese used, of course)
Inside the cheese? Foul, repugnant, and stupid.

tpbm feels the same about bacon being added to everything because: trendy

there aren't many cheeses I don't like, and bacon is yummy but I'll take it plain.

I have been a substitute teacher going on 9 years now. I teach pre-k to 8th grades and will teach high school band only. (my kid is a fellow band geek) I love teaching and the kids love me, but that's not what I'm going to college for. Too much politics in teaching these days.

TPBM was a 'good kid' in school

Not court ordered anyway. I did one year probation when I started my current job......nine years ago.

About 20 years ago we went to Atlanta for a vacation. Went to the Coke "factory" but I really liked Stone Mountain. Columbus is nice too.

TPBM got news recently that they will be getting a pay increase this year :D

Yup. I was the guy who got stuck dispensing goldfish in bags to kids who threw ping pong balls into floating cups.

It looks great on a resume. (Go with it)

The person below me wants to pretend they are a floating cup in an olympic-sized pool.
