I'm Burner Profile confused

Warning!!! Lame question ahead. (But I have to ask). In the user control panel here on eplaya I have a 'profile'. Is that my 'burner profile'? I somehow think not. On the other hand I can't find a link to go to any other profile of mine. I'm trying to remember where I originally created it and what the password could be. If it contains any credit card info I need to update the numbers before the sale. Thanks guys. I miss hanging out here.

OK, ok. I found it in the 2014 ticketing info. changed my password so I could get in and now I'm not as confused.

Yay! But yeah, the Burner Profile (http://profiles.burningman.com/) and the "Profile" link at the top of this page on eplaya are two different things.

Apologies for the hijack but I'm having Burner Profile issues, too.

I bought tickets last year so I know for a fact I have an existing burner profile. Thing is, I can't login to my ticket burner profile and I never receive my 'recovery' email. (Which it says it's sent. Should I re-register today or is there an outlet that can help me?

There is definitely a support team that can help you with this via e-mail. They helped me once. I just don't know their address. Look around for that address -- probably in the Ticket information.

No highjacking involved, I'm sure. :D

I had a similar thing.
It wouldn't send me a new password. Claimed that no profile existed with that email address. This with their email to me from last year.
Had to create a new profile.
Odd. No bears to watch in the dump. Oh well, lets go across the road & pick blueberries.

Not to pick on anybody, but.... I have a ring binder where I keep every password and other info on every account I have ever opened. Highly recommended. :D

Seriously? You can't figure out how to get help with your Burner Profile? The easiest way to get help with your BURNER PROFILE, go to the BURNER PROFILE site. See that menu item that says "Contact Us" on it? Click that button to get to this page. Fill out the form and send it off. The team that supports the Burner Profiles site will get back to you as soon as they're able.
