It did, but as with many topics, it has wandered. Now we're discussing Be Kind to Newbies week, as opposed to Finding Watered Grounds.

But lets remember I hurt Nightterror's feelings last week. I'm not above reproach.

Feelings
Nothing More Than Feelings
Trying To Forget My
Feelings Of Hate

Imagine
Beating On Your Face
Trying To Forget My
Feelings Of Hate

Feelings
For All My Life I'll Feel It
I Wish I'd Never Met You
You'll Make Me Sick Again

Feelings Oh Oh Feelings
Of Hate On My Mind

Feelings
Feelings Like I Never Liked You
Feelings Like I Want To Kill You
Live In My Heart

Feelings
Feelings Like I Wanna Deck You
Feelings Like I've Gotta Get You
Out Of My Life

Feelings Oh Oh Feelings
The Hate's In My Eyes

Feelings Oh Oh Feelings
You're Not Very Nice
I express my excitement by brutally interrogating whomever is nearby

Naw... more like grinding wound fodder!

(Still on the sheep thing!)

About the water - the thing about alkalinity is dead on. Having lived for a substantial part of my kidhood on and off in a SNDC (Small Nevada Desert Community) I remember it taking anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks to get used to it. All our glasses has this white film on it... and that was processed to make it drinkable and safe.

The water source was from *deep* wells and this even next to a relatively decent sized lake. It was definately *not* "hetch-hetchy soda" like you get in the Bay Area.

I *may* do a solar still this year just for the joy of doing it... might get enough for ceremonial purposes for next year, but it's gonna be a bit of effort. But not for drinking - it'd take way too many stills, too much work, for too little result, and you'd still have alkali soda. Bleeeh! Bringing it inis too convenient and you get far better water than you'd get out there.

Okay, okay...

Nevermind that "pendantic" doesn't exist in any dictionary that I've ever consulted.

...but that's just me being pedantic.

I can't help it if you consort with the wrong dictionaries.
