are the pads so it clears your truck roof?
if so, make sure the floor is made to be suspended like that. Campers usually ride, and are made to ride, sitting flat in the bed of a truck, so, the center of the floor area may be flexy/spongy without support.
post us picks and stuff.
Captain Goddammit wrote:I use one of those pink hard foam 4x8 pieces of insulation they sell at Home Depot to raise my camper a few inches. That stuff is perfect! It weighs almost nothing and spreads the load evenly across the whole floor.
tatonka wrote:camper fell thru my bed between wheel wells is 49" , his 85' camper was 49 1/2 inches . It was a camper used in Alaska and it had ex-insulation . So will look for another , or just buy 4 tires for my trailer my Dad gave me , and drag it home and get everything working . Never pulled a large trailer before ( 19.5 ft )

The finial was already gone so it saved me the trouble of removing it to make room for the solar cell. Working on replacing the missing glass with some frosted acrylic with red stars.
