With vehicle passes limited to a supposed 35,000 I am wondering if that is significantly fewer cars than years past, or is it the same? The first time I went to Burn Man in 2012, I left at about 6am the morning after the man burned and missed the temple burn. traffic was non-existent. I needed to get back to the kids and their first day of school.
This year, I am under the same type of time constraints, but I might be able to squeeze in the temple burn and then leave. I really don't want to miss my kid's first day of kindergarten. Wondering what you all though? Better exit availability due to limited tickets and the event staying open a little longer, or still the same, plan on 10 hours to hit pavement if I leave on Sunday?
