A camp or area that would be cool for some bike decorating?

My girl and I are making our virgin debut on the Playa this year and we are super excited!!! I traded my mountain bike for two beach cruisers and we plan to decorate them as much as possible before hand but was wondering if there was a camp or place that would help add a little funk to our bike? :)

Black Rock City is a place of creative adventure and discovery. If you've got some materials you'd like to use, bring 'em and I bet you can find some awesome people who could help you trick 'em out (even if you don't have extra stuff, you could probably find people with ideas and things).
