Diamond lanes are typically used for rush hour traffic in big cities. They are express or commuter lanes. Some require high occupancy vehicles or a toll. There is no chance of such a thing happening on HWY447 without adding a lane.
Basic b/e analysis:
2005 $243K
06 $855K
07 $1.0M
08 $1.1M
09 $0
10 $1.1M
11 $1.2M
12 $1.2M
That’s $6.8M that thousands of volunteers deserve to know about. Capitalism is alive at BM. Tickets are the commodity. Others have estimated higher profits.

And here I thought it was a road that led to the Swish Embassy.

When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.
That is a beautiful occupation.

See link below. I suspect it is someone being facetious, but I thought it couldn't hurt to ask.

No diamond lanes. Everyone is equal in line.

How to speed your entry into BRC:

1. Pack you vehicle so it can be easily searched
2. Have your ticket ready when you reach the gate
3. Cooperate with the Gate staff
4. Say near your vehicle when in line
5. Do not get out of your vehicle when at the gate unless asked by Gate staff
6. If you have a big truck or trailer, help the gate staff doing the search
7. Be patient
8. Be more patient
9. Seriously, be patient!!
10. Relax, you made it
