Shady Asylum's lawn and Gate rules

How is Shady Asylum going to get their grass lawn through Gate this year?

It seems that the rules for ANY plants, dead or alive, is that it's moop and not allowed past the gate.

Ah, should have searched better. Shady Asylum appeared in several threads, but the stuff about no plants was at the bottom of the search page.

Specifically, read the post from retropsycho (linked here). They had a history of doing the job right, and submitted pretty solid plans for this year.
