If you were getting a pack or cells sent to you by mail,

The United States Postal Service has banned all international shipments of electronics with lithium batteries effective May 16.

Until such time that a less restrictive policy can be implemented consistent with international standards, and in accordance with UPU Convention, lithium batteries are not permitted in international mail.

Okay, I've recently heard that they (whoever "they" are) now make electric assist motors for wheelchairs. So, I would carry a battery but I'd get some help wheeling? Because, I'm a total beginner here...

I remember this one. So it has electrical assist? How is that different than a regular power chair? Smaller motor, smaller battery? Why isn't this a more common option?

It is just a beefed up power chair.

I can't seem to imagine a power assist.

If you are useing the chair manualy, how do you accuate the assist?

It still would need two motors or it would go in circles.

I just cant visualize it somehow. :?
