WINTER TOWN HALL

This winter's town hall will be a Q&A Format from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Topics slated for discussion include Prindle Creek Farm, formation of 2014 Effigy, 2013 Recap (budget, business), and BurnOut Post Mortem update. Break out sessions on Effigy, CORE, Volunteering, and other projects to follow after Q & A session at 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Special guests from Prindel Creek Farm in attendance!
Some of the questions from the Volunteer Sign up Form will be addressed to ensure that we utilize our time wisely and have questions prepared in advance. Please make sure that everyone's time is respected and please also prepare YOUR questions in advance.
This Town Hall will be moderated and time will be limited.
* A follow up Town Hall presentation for SOAK LLC new member
selection, 2014 Volunteering, SOAK Art Grant process and inclusion, Leadership Selection (we have some openings!), CORE, SOAK 2014 and Decompression 2014 will follow in the early Spring.
*This Town Hall will be in the Dining Hall - which is located downstairs in Tabor Space.
