Just a quick note to those Central Californians. We're having another get together Saturday, March 6th at Red White and Blue Beach www.redwhiteandbluebeach.com .
We're almost halfway through the year so get your groove on with us Santa Cruzian burners. Red White and Blue Beach is a privately owned, clothing optional campground and beach. It's just a ways south of Half Moon Bay, and only a couple of miles north of Santa Cruz on Hyw 1. The campground carges $15 per person (NOT per vehicle) to attend (children only $2) and if you get there before 3:00pm, there is an additional $10 "day use fee" (children only $1). Also, it is likely that the gates will be closed by 9:00pm so get there early. Red White and Blue Beach has porta poties, showers and picknick tables and a number of specified camping sites.
We'll be gathering in the group camping area called "The Jungle" (so, if you're sleeping needs are not noise compatable, you may wish to get one of the reserved campsites farther away from The Jungle). If you are planning to attend, be sure to bring some food and drink to share, wood to burn, your favorite playa stories, superfluous hugs, fire to spin, music to play, and any other fun wackyness you think might be appropriate.
And one more thing... Sat. Mar 6th is a full moon..... wooooooo...
