I would suggest reading Cryptofishist's post at the top of this about how to join a camp (common missteps are included), then research some camps in the 2011 Theme Camps forum here, and then sending a descriptive PM or email if one of them strikes a chord with you. Most camps will expect you to contact them and express specific interest in their mission. However, 40% of the time I say that, someone comes along and posts an invitation just to make a liar out of me, so you see--I'm really doing you a favor.
