Everybody knows how this works: All the beautiful ladies (preferably single, but alas, that is a rarity at BDC&WB) all end up being placed near the shower, uhhh, I mean, where their privacy yet interaction can be assured. And with our "Man Cave" complete with DirecTV, complete hosted bar service, pinball and foosball machines, La-Z-Boys, and eight kegs on tap with Hooters girls to serve us, all the married men will be fine with whatever their lovely sirens desire. (I wonder if ANYBODY bought that?)

Don't worry, Mindy is going to kick Doc in the sac for this comment also...I just assumed Doc and Tracy stick us troublemakers in the back 40...

This year I'm not even bringing my center poles! Using rope instead cause I have a thing for knots. Hah! We'll see how that works out ;-)

And btw, I don't see "My Dear Friend" listed anywhere here? I only figured out who you were through careful facebook stalking :-P

Hey Doc,
I happily regret to inform you that, WE GOT PLACED!
So me and my entire camp really appreciate the invitation to be part of Barbie Death Village. We got placement just a few blocks out from you, 3:30 and G. So try as you might, you will not be able to keep me out of your shade!
Thanks again for the invitation, but we're gonna give the Independent Theme Camp thing a shot.

illy dilly,

Make sure to come by for breakfast on Saturday. You know the drill!

Yes people, Barbie Death Village is officially located at 3:30 and E (Engagement) on three acres of prime playa real estate. Plenty of room for a nice game of fizzball! Come on by and be offended by the sickest bastards on the playa.

And JR, think you could get any further away from us? Though I think you're right next to Camp Incognito with Kathleen, Harmony, and Ericka. Yeah, they chose not to join us this year.

ya know Doc.. Blowfish and I have been gabbing about it, well, drinking beer and mumbling in the sun here..often in a local fog of course..
I kinda feel like an explorer from BDCWB and am starting a colony in the brave new world !!
you better come strut your stuff in your tutu on the spinning pole this year !!
and we are challenging the victory in the fizzball game between you and Apokiliptika.....

I think those cowards at 3:00 and A are hiding behind their mama's skirts, or perhaps oven mittens. Of course they said they were there last year and that didn't work out so well for them as I recall. So come by and let's bash the living bejesus out of some Keystone Light. We'll even supply the art truck!

Actually, we got to thinking about it.
If you're at 3:30 and E-G. With F being your 'access road'.
We might be across G from you. Since we're at "near 3:30 and G, with frontage to 3:30". Or we might be just a little ways down from you. But it will be less than 100' way.

It has been a busy weekend for the Barbiebarians. All the Barbie planks have been taken from storage and cleaned and all but nine repaired. We have the art truck in Newcastle/Loomis and tomorrow at 11 a.m. at my place we will make the final decision on what it's going to look like. It will be better than before. Our shower will need to have the step replaced as it managed to break in half over the winter. We have decided to buy two new sofas but keep the ones we had last year. We have secured transportation for our 300 gallons of water and piano. We are still looking for somebody who might be able to drive the trailer to the playa (we will pay for your gas round trip). Ygmir repaired (actually replaced) 30 of our crucifixes. They are now painted and Barbie is on the business end of each crucifix. All early entry passes have been accounted for, but five of you have not paid your dues and will lose your EA pass in one week if they are not in or arrangements have been made. Tracy has everybody who has asked for space and location in the Village mapped and placed. God, we don't leave for Burning Man for another five weeks and I'm already sick of it.
