seeking funk/reggae band to collabo with on art car/stages

Hey burners,

This year I'm helping to bring a band from Sierra Leone, West Africa to the playa. (In their own country, they play to 50,000 folks at their National Stadium!) Here in the US they have just begun collaborations with people like The Roots, Talib Kweli, and K'Naan. Now they want to share their love with the playa.

We have sets scheduled all around the playa, but are really looking for a funk band (or a jam band, or a reggae band, or really any kind of band that's down) to collaborate with musically.

Here's our website: www.planetbajah.com - you can download our free mixtape there.

Contact me at vanessa@vanessawithoutborders.com for full details.

And here's some press on us to get a sense of what's what:
