Propane Tank pipe attachment

Propane Tank pipe attachment

Hello Creative Burners:

I saw some beautiful burn barrels sitting on the tops of some propane tanks. ( BBQ style tanks). They had these coiled pipes in them with holes for the flames.

I am totally new to this but loved it. Want to get into welding and make some things attached to propane tanks.

How is this pipe attachment hooked to the tank? The pipe inside the object,
reminded me of a gas fireplace bar that you light. Is it? Can you bend these into a coil? I thought I had seen some threads about this regarding
art cars and how propane is used on them... Can't seem to find them.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have. I truely appreciate the previous post I put on here for securing plywood for my art project. I am using all the suggestions. Peace, Pacifico
