transgirl: Good for you! You really seem to have your head screwed on straight - especially for someone who is only a prank.
Captain G: I know all about calling someone on their "bullshit." In the therapeutic community where I work it happens continuously. But there is a big difference between letting someone know, in a positive and encouraging way, that their current behavior is inappropriate (hard) and simply attacking them because they aren't doing what you
think they should be doing (easy). You can usually tell the difference by the level of personalizing being thrown out there - aggressive stance, name-calling, etc. In short, bullying the other person.
Now, I don't know you - you might be the greatest guy on the playa (a title I thought I had locked up - but I could be wrong) - but I have this thing about bullying, and it seemed to me that your comments to transgirl were inordinately aggressive and hostile. So I called you on your "bullshit". Perhaps you felt attacked because I (poorly, apparently) chose to tweak you on the fact you had used the term WTF in every single post in the thread to that point. That was certainly not my intent. In any event, I extend the same invitation to you to stop by the Booby Bar and allow me to meet you in person.
ps. While I don't mind in the least, my friend OneEyed might be a little tweaked by the possible confusion your name for me may cause in our camp - you know, "There's only room for one Dick in these Boobs" and all that. "Prick" comes to mind, but I'm really not much of a poet so I will leave that to you to work out.
pss. I'm afraid our time is up. Please pay the receptionist on the way out. At this point I don't think another session is necessary. Have a great day!
