Sorry for posting twice on the same subject, but I wrote the first post in haste and then realized that its title wasn't quite right. I would have deleted it and posted a corrected version, but I couldn't find the delete key on my screen. Here's the post. The rest of it makes more sense than the title. Really, please read it, it's a bug report:

Thanks for the heads up, Burnboy, I've submitted a bug report to our tech guys.

It's probably not going to be their highest priority at the moment, but I hope that it is an easy enough fix that they will get to it quickly.

Maybe not that quickly. Smile It's been a little over a month now, and nothing has changed. I get the exact same error message.

I'm guessing that this problem proved a little too hard for tech support to handle. Oh well, I suppose that everybody finds himself in that position sooner or later.
